The copyright at the bottom MUST not be removed. If you would like the copyright removed, please visit our services page. Also, please keep the link to Media Ops in the footer. The blank images for the header and the irc channel image are in the blank image folder. Simply open and edit the blank images, then save them over the other images. (ie images/blank images/blankbanner_01, edit it, and save it over images/banner_01).
You can edit the Style Sheet (named em.css) to suite your needs. Only change the Link colors, size, and decoration. Do not change the font size, or the border width. This will mess up the websites layout. :D
